Useful information for your stay
Cancellation conditions depend on the booked rate. Reservations with flexible rates can usually be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. During trade fair periods, different deadlines of up to 14 or 42 days apply. Reservations with cheaper, non-refundable rates are excluded from cancellation and refund.
