Reservations with flexible rates can generally be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. During trade fair periods, different deadlines apply — up to 14 or 42 days before arrival. Reservations with cheaper, non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded. --- **Is breakfast included in the price?** Always included — with every booking. Fresh, varied and prepared with care. --- **Are there any additional fees?** Cologne levies a municipal tourism tax of 5% on the room rate (Kulturförderabgabe). This is charged in addition to the room price and is payable on site at the hotel. --- **Is parking available?** The hotel does not have its own car park. Public transport, the Cathedral and the Old Town are just minutes away. The Rudolfplatz stop (underground, tram, bus) is 300 m / 4 minutes on foot. --- **How large are the rooms?** Our rooms are approx. 16 m² and are functionally furnished. Double beds: 180 × 200 cm, single beds: 90 × 200 cm. --- **Is WiFi available?** Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel. --- **Is there air conditioning or a balcony?** The higher room categories (Superior and Deluxe) feature a balcony and air conditioning. --- **Are all rooms non-smoking?** Yes, all rooms are non-smoking — including the balcony rooms. --- **When is check-in and check-out?** Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Early arrival or late departure? Subject to availability — just let us know. --- **Can children stay?** Children under 12 stay free of charge in the parents' room.
